Alison is the Director of Nursing at Copiah County Medical Center.  During her 19 years with the facility, she has served as staff nurse, Director of Surgery and L&D Services, Medical-Surgical Nurse Manager and Emergency Management Coordinator.
Alison holds an Associate Degree of Nursing from Copiah-Lincoln Community College and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Southern Mississippi.  She is dedicated to assuring a positive patient experience, as well as working with the nursing staff to improve quality, safety and service at Copiah County Medical Center.

Ben Lott, a native of Bogalusa, Louisiana, joined the staff at Hardy Wilson Memorial Hospital in March 2016. Ben earned his Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree at William Carey University in Hattiesburg, Mississippi, and then earned a Master of Healthcare Administration from the University of Phoenix in 2015.  He came to Hardy Wilson Memorial Hospital with many years of clinical and administrative experience.  Ben’s passion for excellence in health care stems from his nursing background.  He is a recipient of the 2015 Great 100 Nurses Award, has obtained numerous clinical and leadership certifications, and maintains multiple professional affiliations. Ben's recent leadership of Hardy Wilson Memorial Hospital has led them through a successful transition to become Copiah County Medical Center, and he is proud to help continue a legacy of genuine care in their new state-of-the-art facility.
